Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Coach / Trainer to join their team. As a Coach / Trainer, you will be part of a team supporting financial advisors and platform users. The ideal candidate will have a corporate training background along with excellent coaching skills, adaptability to technological changes, and strong organizational abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title : Coach / Trainer

Location :   St. Louis, MO (hybrid)

Pay Range :   $40-42 / hr W2

Type and duration : 6+ month contract with potential to extend long-term

Interviews : week of 11 / 24

• Support and coach financial advisors and platform users to enhance their operational efficiency
• Provide guidance on best practices for coaching and technology adoption
• Assist in driving platform adoption and resolving user challenges
• Document complex concepts clearly for diverse audiences
• Participate in process improvement initiatives within Business Execution
