Senior Network & Telecom Analyst

The Senior Network & Telecom Analyst supports the design, implementation, and maintenance of Richland County's network infrastructure. This role serves as a technical lead and is cross-trained to cover the duties of the Network & Telecom Operations Manager, Projects Manager, and Network Analyst during absences or vacancies. This is not an entry-level position and requires a minimum of five years' experience. The ideal candidate will bring extensive, hands-on experience in key technical areas relevant to the Richland County Information Technology (RCIT) Department. The analyst assists with hiring and regularly collaborates with department heads, vendors, and consultants. Travel to County sites using a personal vehicle is required. This position reports to the Network & Telecom Operations Manager. This job participates in an after-hours on-call rotation.
