Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager or Senior TAx Associate to help with individual returns and their flow through entities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while providing strategic tax advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
• Provide tax planning and consulting services to high net worth individuals (HNWIs) and businesses.
• Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to advise clients effectively.
• Perform detailed reviews of tax returns and provide feedback to junior staff members.
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for tax-related inquiries.
