About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial strategies and navigate us through the IPO process. In this key role, you will manage the entire lifecycle of the listing process, ensuring our readiness and guiding our public debut. Your responsibilities will include :

• Leading all aspects of the IPO journey.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and business plans.
• Creating compelling investor materials to attract top-tier investors.
• Overseeing financial compliance, due diligence, and reporting frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing IPO processes, as well as a strong grasp of IFRS / GAAP and regulatory frameworks related to stock issuance. A background in ECM, M&A, investment banking, Big 4 advisory, or strategy consulting is essential, alongside excellent skills in financial modeling, valuation, and strategic planning.

We are seeking a strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, high emotional intelligence, and outstanding analytical and communication skills. Experience in investor-facing roles, along with a robust network of existing relationships within investment platforms, will set you apart as an applicant. The CFO will be a confident communicator, fluent in English, and will excel in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
