Position Overview :
The Job Coach will be responsible for training clients in both the technical and interpersonal skills necessary for success in the workplace. This includes teaching the practical aspects of packing and shipping, as well as essential soft skills such as communication, teamwork, time management, and workplace professionalism. The goal is to empower individuals to maintain employment successfully and thrive in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide hands-on instruction in all aspects of packing, shipping, and logistics operations.
Teach and model soft skills such as professionalism, customer service, communication, and teamwork.
Develop individualized learning plans to support clients' growth and skill development.
Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to clients.
Assist clients in overcoming workplace challenges and building confidence.
Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in training, coaching, or mentoring, preferably in a workplace setting.
Knowledge of packing, shipping, or logistics operations is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Patient, empathetic, and encouraging with a passion for helping others succeed.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
