    • Job Summary

      We are seeking a motivated, friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join the team at Symmetry Physical Therapy. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. You will also perform insurance authorizations, filing and scanning. Our ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, is punctual and professional, has excellent communication skills, has computer skills with basic microsoft programs and EMR, and is capable of multitasking in a busy work environment.

      Responsibilities

    • Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
    • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
    • Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms and online registration
    • Assist billing personnel with patient authorization management
    • Assist with the verification of insurance benefits for new patients
    • Maintain a clean and inviting environment
    • Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
    • Qualifications

    • Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred
    • Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
    • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
    • Familiar with computers and EMR software
    • Excellent multi-tasking skills
    • Timely, punctual and professional
