Join our team in Carrollton, TX as a Customer Service Representative and become the trusted link between the company and our valued distributor / dealer network. In this dynamic role, you’ll serve as the primary in-office contact for dealers, guiding them through the order process and resolving inquiries with precision and care. You’ll collaborate closely with our sales representatives to ensure smooth order management and foster positive, long-lasting relationships. Requirements :

• Minimum of 2-3 years of recent customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneDrive, etc.)
• Collaborative mindset and a willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.

Hours : Monday to Friday 7 : 30 AM- 4 : 30 PM, 1 hour lunch

Compensation : $23.00 / Hourly
