RN Manager of our Care Management team at Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center in Tarzana CA. This management position is Full-Time and will work Day shifts. The position is accountable for overseeing patient care as it relates to the management of the patient along the continuum of care utilization activities disease management appropriateness discharge planning patient education activities and care coordination. Administers the managerial and leadership functions of setting objectives planning staffing and directing activities of assigned departments / areas of responsibility which include Case Management Department. Required Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree Healthcare related field. Upon hire : California Registered Nurse License Management experience in a hospital / health care environment. 3 years Administrative experience in hospital administration or specialty field. Preferred Qualifications : Master's Degree Health Administration or Business Administration.
