Role
As a Cloud Partner Development Representative, you will manage and execute the co-selling process, provide internal enablement and support of our GTM teams, and support credit / pipeline management for our Cloud partnerships. Your role will focus on driving consumption growth and balance among each of the clouds we support, expanding the usage of cloud funding, enhancing collaboration between Databricks and Cloud partners, and driving mutual growth through effective co-selling strategies and partner enablement.
Achieving success in this role will require strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to analyze complex challenges. You will need to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive cloud investment adoption and maximize self-service credit attach rates.

Pay Range Transparency

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected salary range for non‑commissionable roles or on‑target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job‑related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipates utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above. Zone 1 Pay Range
$63,000 — $88,200 USD
Zone 2 Pay Range
$56,700 — $79,425 USD
Zone 3 Pay Range
$53,600 — $75,050 USD
