This is a remote position.
As a Data Entry Intern you will play a vital role in supporting our data operations while gaining hands-on experience in a real estate environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills in information accuracy database management and interdepartmental coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Accurate Data Input & Maintenance
Enter and update property listings lease information tenant details and other related data into internal systems.
Ensure consistent accuracy and clarity in all data entry tasks.
Data Review & Validation
Assist in reviewing data for completeness and correctness; report inconsistencies for correction.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity across records.
Supportive Reporting
Help prepare basic reports or summaries such as lease expiration schedules or property inventories.
Maintain a simple log or tracker of data entries and updates for team visibility.
Cross-Functional Communication
Work closely with property management and brokerage teams to understand data needs and resolve discrepancies.
Relay progress and updates effectively to supervisors.
Process Feedback & Improvement Suggestions
Identify recurring challenges or inefficiencies in data workflows.
Share ideas for streamlining processes or improving clarity in data management.
Learning & Development
Engage in training sessions or mentorship opportunities to enhance your understanding of real estate data systems and administrative processes.
Build knowledge of industry-standard tools and best practices.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in or recently completed high school diploma or equivalent; pursuing or completed Associate s degree or higher in Business Administration Information Management or a related field is preferred.
Demonstrated attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
Basic familiarity with spreadsheets and office software.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Eagerness to learn support tasks diligently and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Bachelor s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Business, or a related field (advanced degrees beneficial). Minimum 5 7 years of progressive experience in real estate development, site planning, or construction leadership. Proven track record managing multi-phase development projects from initial concept through closing. Strong financial acumen, including budget analysis and cost-tracking skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills. Hands-on approach with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
