Chipton-Ross is seeking multiple SMT Operators for a contract opportunity in Oldsmar, FL.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE) :
- Must have 2+ years of experience as an SMT
- Operator, with a focus on MyCronic or Universal Fuzion pick and place equipment
- Must have a strong understanding of SMT production processes including component placement, soldering, and inspection
- Must have experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on quality, efficiency, and safety
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures and guidelines
- Must be able to read and write English
- Must pass a medical exam as outlined in the supplier guide
