As the Head of Regional Strategy & Transformation youll partner directly with the President of North America to define drive and execute the regions most critical strategic this highly visible role youll translate business insights into actionhelping shape the mid- and long-term direction of our hearing care business. This is a rare opportunity to make a measurable impact at scale and work closely with senior leaders across Sales Marketing Finance and Operations to advance Sonovas mission of helping ensure others enjoy the delight of hearing.

Responsibilities :

• Partner with the President and North America Leadership Team to define prioritize and execute regional strategic plans aligned with global priorities
• Conduct market competitive and customer analyses to identify growth opportunities risks and emerging trends
• Lead strategic planning cycles business cases and executive-level presentations that support data-driven decision-making
• Partner cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives including M&A evaluations business development and operational transformation projects
• Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior leadership providing actionable insights to improve regional performance
• Monitor progress against key strategic goals and recommend adjustments to ensure continued alignment with business objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and influence outcomes

This roles pay range is between : $190000 - $250000 . This role is also bonus and EEAP eligible. Compensation is determined by experience and location.
