Responsibilities
Deliver delightful user experiences for Verily's Clinical Trials Management System, for new and existing product areas. Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
Help identify new opportunities, and translate user needs and business goals into compelling user experiences and rapidly iterate designs based on feedback and performance metrics.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, researchers and content designers to ensure alignment and successful implementation of design solutions.
Help elevate our UX practice by contributing to our broader user experience team participating in design critiques, and supporting company-wide design initiatives, interest groups, and other activities.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into the design workflows.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000 - $162,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
