We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual for the role of Permanent Head Start / Early Head Start Director in the non-profit industry. This position offers an opportunity to lead and manage a comprehensive early education program that promotes the school readiness of low-income children by enhancing their cognitive, social, and emotional development. The Director will be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines and regulations, program planning, and engaging with government agencies and community-based planning.
