The Host / Hostess is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in ensuring a warm, welcoming, and seamless dining experience. This position is responsible for greeting and seating guests, maintaining an organized floor chart, and assisting with the overall flow of service.
The Host / Hostess also supports the team by helping clear and reset tables, maintaining clean and updated menus, and assisting with preparations for special events held within the hotel.
Compensation : $11 - $16 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome all guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage reservations and maintain an accurate, organized floor chart.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide initial hospitality.
- Assist servers and support staff with clearing and resetting tables as needed.
- Ensure menus are clean, current, and presented to guests.
- Support preparation and setup for hotel and restaurant events.
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance and uphold BLVD Steakhouse service standards.
