ITLE : Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Windows Server, Azure, Hyper-V, Docker)
LOCATION : Beaverton, OR – Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
PAY : Target pay for this role is $120,000 – $140,000 annually but may vary based on experience

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
We’re looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join a dynamic IT team within a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. You’ll be leading infrastructure initiatives, managing hybrid on-prem / cloud environments, and supporting mission-critical systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a mix of networking, server management, and Microsoft stack technologies while mentoring junior team members and driving technical excellence.
Overview of responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure to ensure high performance and security
- Oversee server and datacenter operations, including installation and maintenance
- Utilize technologies like Windows Server, Azure, Hyper-V, Docker / Docker Swarm, and SQL Server Clusters
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards (HIPAA, NIST, ISO 27001)
- Develop IT policies following ITIL best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to support business needs
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
7+ years of experience in infrastructure engineeringExpert-level networking experience (firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs)Strong experience with Docker or Docker SwarmDeep knowledge of Microsoft technologies : Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, Hyper-V, SQL Server ClustersFamiliarity with SCCM, SCOM, and Data Protection ManagerITIL v4 certification, CISSP, or Microsoft Azure certifications preferredStrong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive under pressureExcellent communication and mentoring abilitiesMust be comfortable working onsite in Beaverton, OR three days a weekAuthorization to work in the US is a precondition of employment - we cannot sponsor work visas.
