Inside Sales Representative

ABOUT THE ROLE :

FreshTax is growing fast, and we’re actively hiring Sales Professionals to join our dynamic and high-performing team. In this role, you’ll speak with individuals who have already expressed interest in resolving their tax challenges. Your responsibility is to qualify prospects, gather key information, and schedule consultations with our senior specialists. This is a high-impact, consultative sales position with full training and unlimited income potential.

Work Environment :

• This is a 100% on-site position at our FreshTax headquarters in Santa Ana, CA. Remote work is not available. We believe in energy, collaboration, and in-person teamwork to drive success.

COMPENSATION :

Base Pay : $17.00 per hour (full-time, 40 hours / week)

Commission : $8,000–$15,000 / month for top performers

Annual Potential : $75,000 – $200,000+
