Billing Analyst

Job Title : Billing Analyst.

Job Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to support our client's project billing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing billing requests in Primavera, working with SAP to request sales invoices, and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and payment tracking. This role plays a critical part in reducing project-related financing charges by aligning billing activities with project milestones and schedules.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare billing requests in Primavera for Lump Sum, Payment Plan, and Financed projects.
• Learn and utilize SAP to create sales orders and request sales invoices from Accounting.
• Gather and compile necessary documentation for billing (e.g., sales invoice, backup documentation).
• Send completed billing packages to customers.
• Record customer payments in Primavera.
• Work closely with Project Leads and Managers to address and resolve delinquent payments.
• Maintain billing tracking schedules.
• Perform system reconciliations between Primavera and SAP.
