About The Position

Job Title : Polysomnographer / Sleep Tech

Profession : Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics

Specialty : Peds Sleep Disorders

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Night

Hours per Shift : 10 hours

Experience : Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required

License : RPSGT or RRT-SDS required with appropriate state licensing in hand.

Certifications : BLS required

Must-Have : Exemption letter from LLR required for RPSGT.

State license from LLR required for RRT-SDS.

Description :

MUST HAVE LICENSE IN HAND AT THE TIME OF BEING SUBMITTED.

RPSGT or RRT-SDS is required.

4 shifts of 10 hours each.

Work every other weekend, meaning every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Previous charge experience is required.

Experience with a patient ratio of 2 : 1 is preferred.

Familiarity with the Epic charting system is required.

Previous community hospital experience is preferred.

Travel experience is required.

Patient age groups include neonates, infants, and pediatrics.

Daily census is managed with a 2 : 1 patient ratio.

Special procedures or unit details will be provided as needed.

Floating to other units may be required based on census needs.
