Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Burning Operator with a strong work ethic to join our team. The ideal candidate will support company operations and contribute to a pleasant work environment. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring the ability to adapt and handle various tasks effectively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Transfer kiln cars in and out of the burners.
Monitor the kiln and make necessary adjustments.
Adjust temperatures as needed.
Change burners.
Monitor brick quality.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience Required for Success :

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

Computer literacy.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Ability to gather and skillfully analyze information.

Ability to wear PPE (personal protection equipment) – required and provided.
