• Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Structural Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with both residential and commercial projects and the ability to produce high-quality, code-compliant designs. A PE license is highly preferred.

• Key Responsibilities
• Design and analyze structural systems for residential and commercial buildings, including foundations, framing, and load-bearing elements.
• Prepare calculations, drawings, and specifications in compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and internal engineering disciplines to deliver cohesive project solutions.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate existing structures, support construction progress, and verify adherence to design documents.
• Assist with permitting, respond to plan review comments, and provide technical support as needed.
• Develop structural models and perform analysis using approved design software.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for clients and project stakeholders.
• Qualifications
• Education :
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Experience :
• 3–5 years of relevant structural engineering experience in residential and / or commercial projects.
• Technical Skills :
• Proficiency in structural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, or similar platforms.
• Licensure :
• PE license strongly preferred. EIT required if PE is not obtained.
• Strong understanding of local and national building codes (IBC, ASCE, etc.).
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
