Senior Accountant

Century Group is in search of an experienced Senior Accountant to join a team in the Napa Valley area. Qualified candidates with 5+ years of accounting experience are encouraged to apply. Wine industry experience highly preferred . Local candidates only. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $43 to $48 per hour.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance or equivalent skills and experience
• 3 years of general ledger accounting experience Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Ability to interpret accounting data, analyze reports and implement actions.
• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role Knowledge AMS financial system Winery accounting experience preferred Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to meet assigned deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to build and enhance internal and external customer relationships. Ability to solve problems in a creative manner.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and Access and other business software required in the Finance Department.
• Ability to learn new systems and procedures.
