Ideal candidate will live in the Poughkeepsie area!

Position Type : Part-time Hourly - 25 hours / week

Pay Rate : $17.50 / hour

Schedule : 5am-7 : 30am & 1pm-3 : 30pm Monday-Friday

The Grand Healthcare is seeking a reliable and responsible Staff Driver to join our team! In this position you will be responsible for transporting staff . The role offers flexible hours while ensuring safe and timely transportation for staff to and from their shifts.

Key Responsibilities :

Transport Staff : Safely transport staff from Poughkeepsie River Valley to The Grand in Pawling and back for each scheduled shift.

Shuttle Staff at Shift Changes : Pick up staff at the beginning of shifts and return them after their shifts. For example transporting staff at the start of a shift (6 AM) and returning them at the end of their shift (2 PM).

Timeliness : Ensure staff are transported safely and on time to their shifts and back home.

Flexible Hours : Adapt to varying schedules with shift start times as early as 5 AM and end times as late as 6 AM on Sundays.

Staff Driver Requirements :

Valid Drivers License : A current valid drivers license is required.

Clean Driving Record : No traffic violations or points on driving record.

Eligibility : Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Flexible Availability : Must be available for weekend shifts and adaptable to varying start and end times.

Dependable & Responsible : Must be reliable and have strong problem-solving skills.

Team Player : Able to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to smooth operations.
