Job Description

• Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Oversee on-site operations and address any issues that arise during construction.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work aligns with project specifications.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, and project managers.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and industry standards.
