Data Entry Specialist

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Enter and update data into internal systems with speed and accuracy.
  • Review documents for completeness and correct errors in data entries.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Assist with reporting and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency.

Requirements :

  • 1+ year of experience in data entry or administrative support.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and database systems.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
