About The Position

Key Responsibilities :

Manage daily operations of the rehab department, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow coordination.

Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team of therapists and assistants (PT, OT, SLP, PTA, COTA).

Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care that meets clinical and regulatory standards.

Monitor departmental performance, including productivity, quality outcomes, and patient satisfaction.

Maintain accurate documentation, ensure timely billing practices, and monitor reimbursement processes.

Develop and manage departmental budgets, supplies, and equipment.

Collaborate with other department heads and facility leadership to support integrated patient care.

Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., CMS, HIPAA, Joint Commission).

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.

Current state license in respective discipline (PT, OT, or SLP).

Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in rehabilitation; 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.

Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
