Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team and contribute to the quoting process for water and wastewater treatment plant mechanical piping systems across Florida. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in reviewing and analyzing plans and specifications, ensuring accurate and competitive project proposals.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze plans and specifications for quoting water and wastewater treatment plant mechanical piping systems.
• Communicate with material manufacturers and representatives for project pricing, evaluating quotations for compliance with project specifications.
• Collaborate with design engineers and municipalities to clarify plan and specification discrepancies and irregularities.
• Review bid documents such as specifications and drawings to identify risks and opportunities related to competitive pricing.

Work Environment

This position is based onsite in East Tampa with working hours from 7 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM. Benefits include a retirement plan with a 3% match, health insurance, a yearly bonus, paid vacation and holidays, and opportunities for growth.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $48.07 / hr.
