Clinical Skills : Ability to triage clinical emergencies and implement safety protocols. Knowledge of referral processes and community mental health resources. Strong communication skills with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Regulatory Compliance : Compliance with licensing, accreditation, and regulatory standards.

We are seeking a dedicated and board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our mental health team in Waterbury, CT. This full-time role offers a structured schedule and an excellent work-life balance while providing high-quality psychiatric care in a supportive outpatient setting. Additionally, this position is eligible for the loan repayment program through NHSC.
