Registered Nurse, Critical Care Ground Transport Team

• Full-time, Benefits Eligible
• 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts

The Critical Care Transport Nurse is responsible for providing high quality critical care and transportation of critically ill or injured patients to the appropriate medical facilities utilizing standards and guidelines established by Mercyhealth Medical Director(s). The transport nurse is a key member of the Critical Care, Emergency Department, and demonstrates the highest quality of emergency / critical care and transport nursing standards of practice and commitment to safety. May include variable shifts, weekends, holiday. Participate as an active member of outreach by assisting with education classes both comprising and giving education to hospital staff and EMS agencies. Perform other duties as assigned including floating to various units and facilities within Mercyhealth based on identified needs and clinical competency.

Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of vehicle insurance when requested.
