Base pay range

$85,000.00 / yr - $105,000.00 / yr

Job Description and Tasks

The government requires Advisory and Assistance Support (A&AS) to assist in creating, maintaining, and enhancing the ability to produce accurate and timely all-source intelligence to satisfy I&W, SA, JIPOE, and TSA requirements for USSTRATCOM. The focus is on strategic deterrence and NC3 functional analysis against peer and near-peer adversaries (Russia, China, North Korea, Iran) as outlined in the National Defense Strategy. Analysts shall conduct analysis / fusion of all-source intelligence, establish relationships with IC analysts, and support visualization of operational pictures for the Command.

Job Requirements / Required Skills

Top Secret Clearance with SCI, NC2 / ESI, SAP, and STO eligibility. May require a CI Polygraph.

At least five years’ experience as an all-source analyst focusing on Order of Battle, capabilities, doctrine for strategic forces, or regional analysis of peer and near-peer adversaries.

Five years of specialized training with 3-5 years of civilian or military intelligence analysis or editing experience, or equivalent in private / academic sectors. Experience with IC and DoD tools (COLISEUM, e-Task, SharePoint); USSTRATCOM-specific tools (TMT) may require training.
