About the Position

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Structural Designer / Engineer to join our team. You’ll contribute to the design and analysis of commercial building projects across a wide range of sectors, including civic / government, community recreation & wellness, education, healthcare, hospitality, housing, industrial, office, and retail.

We are hiring for our Madison, Janesville, and Rockford offices.

Position Details & Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for commercial building projects using steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and wood systems.
• Prepare calculations, drawings, specifications, and construction documents in compliance with IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC, and other applicable standards.
• Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and clients throughout all project phases.
• Assist with feasibility studies, and value engineering as needed.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to confirm existing conditions and observe construction progress.
