Location : School Districts throughout Eastern Suffolk, NY

Status : Fee for Service, and / or Full Time potential

Hours : Monday-Friday, following school calendar (flexible scheduling with FFS)

Compensation : $60-$100 / hour

Please note this is a range. Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience and license / certifications held. In addition the position posted may be either full-time or fee-for-service (FFS), depending on the current caseload which will be discussed during the interview. This arrangement can vary and is subject to change.

Responsibilities :

Design and implement creative individual and / or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.

Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.

Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.

Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals

Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.

Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families / school personnel.

Collects data on each IFSP / IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.

Provide input and attend / teleconference initial CPSE / CSE meetings and / or annual reviews.

Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy

Current New York State Occupational Therapy License

Bilingual is a plus
