Supervises and oversees the planning, organizing, and directing of patient care services, ensuring consistent delivery of high-value quality care to all patient populations served. Establishes patient assignments, staff scheduling, and patient visit volume distributions, and assists in meeting financial targets by effectively managing utilization, productivity, personnel, and supplies. Supports and educates staff in resolving operational issues / problems. Assists in developing and implementing changes in policies, practices, and standardized procedures based upon input from staff and administration to remain congruent with current laws and regulatory standards while promoting optimal patient care. Collaborates with others to coordinate services, streamline and standardize work flows and procedures, and / or drive positive outcomes.

Education : Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or physical therapy or occupational therapy

Certification & Licensure : RN-Registered Nurse of California OR PT-Physical Therapist OR OT-Occupational Therapist BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider

Typical Experience : 5 years recent relevant experience
