Job Title : Restaurant Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage a diverse team, and a focus on achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

    Requirements :

    Education / Formal Training :

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or 3+ years experience in related field preferred.
  • Experience :

  • 3+ years in restaurant management or equivalent leadership role.
  • Knowledge / Skills :

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Expertise in food and beverage service operations.
  • Knowledge of restaurant financial management and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
