Job Title : Restaurant Manager
Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a positive work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
Skills and Qualifications :

Requirements :
Education / Formal Training :
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or 3+ years experience in related field preferred.Experience :
3+ years in restaurant management or equivalent leadership role.Knowledge / Skills :
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.Expertise in food and beverage service operations.Knowledge of restaurant financial management and reporting.Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant software.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
