Social and Behavioral Research Specialist

Position Summary

The Wallace Research Group is focused on examining stress and chronic disease among adults. The Research Group is looking for staff support on ongoing projects implemented across the state of North Carolina and the United States. The position provides research support across two research projects involving primary data collection using surveys and interviews with adults across the US. There is also a need to support the Wallace Research Group meetings with coordinating meetings supporting graduate students with data analysis tasks and tracking the milestones for each project.

Required Qualifications Competencies And Experience

• Proficiency in preparation of data tables and graphs is required. - Academic writing skills is required. - Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail is required. - Ability to work efficiently and independently is required.

Preferred Qualifications Competencies And Experience

Course work in public health or related field.
