Summary :
Hershey is looking for a technical Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the technology that enables our U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico Retail, Global Inside Sales, and Sales Communication capabilities. This role will require working closely with cross-functional technical teams and leaders from various functions of the business, including but not limited to Retail, Sales, Customer Teams, Global Inside Sales, Convenience Store Operations, and Sales Communications. We have the blueprint for the defined products and are looking for someone excited to take that blueprint and build a clear vision and roadmap to drive the multi-year execution. Responsibilities :
- Develop and communicate, in partnership with business stakeholders, the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with overall business and technical goals for Retail and Sales, including retail execution, global inside sales, and sales communications.
- Partner with cross-functional IS teams on a holistic strategy for Retail and Sales capabilities and collaborate with business product owners to ensure a clear understanding of requirements.
- Continuously collect and analyze data and product feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and feature delivery
- Lead the design and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor product performance
- Collaborate with IS team to ensure product scalability, compliance, and integration with Hershey's Enterprise Data & Platform environments.
- Commit with stakeholders to deliver incremental value through retail and sales products (e.g., reduced Retail Rep and CSE ramp time, improved store productivity and coverage, increased compliance and promotional effectiveness, etc.)
- Provide input throughout all stages of a product's lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product
- Enforce agile methodologies throughout projects, actively participate in sprint planning, managing the backlog, and guiding through associated enterprise prioritization processes - further partnering with our Transformation and Cross-functional Portfolio Managers.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical product managementExperience building and overseeing technology and analytics productsStrong business / stakeholder relationship management skillsStrong problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to start with ambiguous scenarios and drive a clear problem statement that articulates the value added through technology enablementStrong analytical skills for data-driven decision-makingAbility to write clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria and technical documentationAbility to align product strategy with long-term business value and outcomesBusiness fundamentals including financial management, metrics reporting, business process management, customer centricity, business analysis, and problem solvingExcellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersKnowledge of sales, retail execution, sales operations, and sales communication is a plusExperience leading transformation efforts leveraging Salesforce Consumer Goods CloudBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, analytics, mathematics, or a STEM-related field#LI-AM1
