Required Skills :

4-8 years of project management experience

2+ years of experience in a professional services environment

Strong understanding of Avaya, Cisco, Microsoft, or Genesys product lines

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex solutions with multiple cross-team dependencies

Experience creating and maintaining project plans, issue logs, risk registers, and status reports

Strong technical aptitude coupled with excellent organization and analytical skills

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, tailored to influence varying audience levels

Demonstrated accountability and ownership, with the ability to manage risk and escalate appropriately

Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment

Nice to Have Skills :

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Six Sigma Green Belt (ASQ) certifications

Familiarity with Continuous Improvement Initiatives

Data analysis and Business Intelligence (BI) skills

Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and / or SmartSheets

Preferred Education and Experience :

BS / BA degree in business, project management, Management Information Systems (MIS), computer science, or a related field

Other Requirements :

Ability to manage multiple priorities and demands in a professional office environment

Ability to handle physical demands associated with standard office tasks
