The Multi-Modality Imaging Technologist is responsible for producing diagnostic imaging studies across various imaging modalities. These modalities include CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, PET, and Diagnostic Radiography. The technologist is a versatile individual that can float between modalities throughout a workday. The technologist with or without additional certification in MRI and / or CT must be able to perform any diagnostic x-ray procedure. Employee must be flexible in their work schedule at times. Some call required.

Qualifications

Education and / or Experience : Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from a four year college or university preferred; or one to two years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Competency in at least two of the following : CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, PET.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations : State Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists- Nuclear (ARRT-N) and / or ARRT-MR and / or ARRT-CT. BLS certification required.
