The Chaplaincy department provides support to families spiritual assessment and working with families experiencing a addition the serve as an outreach to community clergy facilitate in religious rituals in the hospital (I.e. baptism) and provide support to staff.
Position Summary
The Spiritual Care Manager provides leadership and oversight for the delivery of spiritual and emotional support services to patients families and staff system-wide within a healthcare setting. This role ensures that spiritual care is integrated into the overall healthcare experience respecting diverse faith traditions and cultural backgrounds. The manager supervises chaplaincy staff coordinates multi-faith services and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic patient care.
