Assist with the communication between the customer services team and our US vendor.
Responsible for ensuring the completeness of customs clearance information and documents. Ensure the communication between our service providers and airlines is completed in a timely manner.
Real-time monitoring and tracking of shipment's customs clearance information and status, investigate, resolve, and communicate operational or entry issues.
Coordinate and follow up with our warehouse and 3rd party warehouses for the customer's needs, such as order fulfillment, forwarding, drop ship, transshipment, demolition, and etc.
Monitor and coordinate import customs clearance and transportation.
Coordinate with our customer service team to follow up with our last-mile solution providers regarding lost packages, undeliverable packages, and refund requests.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree from 4-year college or university and 1-2 years related experience and / or training
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
