Staff Management Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client in East Orange NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule :

  • 1st shift : 7AM - 3PM
  • Monday - Friday
  • Plus overtime
    • Pay Rate :
  • $18 / hour

Job Summary :

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering incoming calls handling customer inquiries related to billing and service scheduling and performing accurate data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will be experienced with Microsoft Office programs and have strong verbal communication skills.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Answer high-volume inbound phone calls in a professional manner
  • Assist customers with billing questions and service-related inquiries
  • Schedule pickups and service requests efficiently
  • Enter and update data in internal systems with a high level of accuracy
  • Provide clear helpful information about company services
  • Handle sensitive customer information with discretion
  • Follow up with clients to ensure issue resolution
  • Communicate effectively with other departments as needed
  • Maintain organized records and call logs
  • Support other administrative duties as assigned

    • Job Requirements :

  • MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish
  • 1 year of customer service or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent phone etiquette and clear verbal communication
  • Fast and accurate data entry abilities
  • Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Must be reliable punctual and detail-oriented
