Overview

TalentFish is casting a line for a SQL Data Conversion Analyst Infor / Lawson to Workday . This is a 3 month plus remote contract role.

The purpose of this position is to support the migration of enterprise data from Infor / Lawson systems into the Workday platform. The SQL Data Conversion Analyst will be responsible for legacy data analysis extraction transformation mapping load preparation and validation across multiple HR Payroll or Financial modules. This role ensures data accuracy integrity and readiness throughout the Workday implementation lifecycle. What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)

• 7 years of experience in data conversion data analysis or ETL development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (Oracle SQL Server or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience working with Infor / Lawson data models across HR Payroll Finance or Supply Chain.
• Experience with Workday data conversion processes (EIBs Core Connectors templates).
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate business rules into mapping logic.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation Information

The expected salary range for this position is $50-$75 / hr depending on experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies comprehensive benefits such as health insurance 401(k) and paid time off. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity.
