Maintenance Technician

Summary :

The Maintenance Technician will ensure the smooth operation of a state-of-the-art baking facility by maintaining and repairing high-speed production and packaging equipment. This role involves troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automation systems to minimize downtime while adhering to OSHA and company safety standards. The technician will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including TPM practices, root cause analysis, and efficiency optimization. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and documentation of maintenance activities in CMMS are essential aspects of this position.

Job Requirements :

• Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and robotic systems to ensure operational efficiency.
• Utilize CMMS for tracking work orders, preventive maintenance, and performance metrics.
