Job Responsibilities

• Create Customized Treatment Plans : Assess patients' unique needs and design individualized therapy strategies to help them meet their functional aspirations
• Implement Effective Therapeutic Techniques : Apply evidence-based approaches to improve patients' motor function, cognitive capabilities, and everyday living skills
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff, ensuring a thorough and well-rounded approach to care
• Provide Education to Patients and Families : Equip patients and caregivers with knowledge about therapy practices to facilitate continual improvement at home
• Track and Record Patient Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans when necessary to keep patients on track
