Guest Relations Agent

NOHO HOSPITALITY GROUP is in search of Guest Relations Agents  to join our Guest Relations Team!

Essential Job Functions :

• Flexibility is a must.
• Two years of hosting experience.
• Ensure that everyone who calls to make a reservation is made to feel absolutely WELCOME.
• Be an ambassador of hospitality for all services.
• Foster and maintain positive guest relations at all times and resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
• Operate Sevenrooms, Resy & OpenTable   reservation system to ensure all information entered is accurate, complete and has been approved by management.
• Take, record and confirm restaurant reservations / cancellations in accordance with departmental standards.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Interest in food & dining culture is a plus.
