HDR Engineering is currently seeking multiple Substation Project Managers / Team Leads to join our growing and nationally ranked team of Power Delivery professionals in Texas. Locations include Dallas, Fort Worth, El Paso, Austin, Round Rock, San Antonio and Houston.
As part of a well-established Power Delivery practice in Texas, you will have the opportunity to build and lead your own team of Substation design professionals while managing Substation projects in Texas and beyond. You will likely have prior experience managing and providing technical leadership on small / medium projects and are now ready to take-on a broader role overseeing all aspects of larger and more complex substation projects. Additionally, you will have the desire and drive to grow a high performing team to help execute these projects.
