Ecommerce Order Processor
Pay Range : $17.00 / hr
Work Schedule : 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.
Job Description
The Ecommerce Order Processor will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to order fulfillment and processing. The role requires the ability to :
Accurately and timely process orders from carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
Work on in-house labeling and packaging projects.
Print, pick, and pack orders in an organized and accurate manner, with a minimum requirement of processing 100 orders per day.
Communicate with and assist co-workers, and collaborate with other departments to achieve objectives.
Use good judgment and escalate practical matters to management when necessary.
Promote company policies and participate in required company-wide programs.
Job Qualifications / Special Instructions
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must possess good counting and basic math skills.
Must have a sense of urgency in outbound production.
Must be able to stand, bend, lift (up to 50lbs), and walk for long periods of time.
Must be able to follow directions and instructions.
Adherence to a strong commitment to higher quality and performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interaction skills are required.
Attention to detail skills are necessary.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office or shipping function is preferred, but not required.
Capable of maintaining an outbound productivity of at least 100 orders per day.
