Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.

COMPENSATION : $280-$300k base + Bonus and Partnership

Role :
- Salary : Base $280,000-$300,000
- Hours : Monday Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7 : 30a 5 : 00p (last patient is scheduled at 4 : 15)

- Patient Population : Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases
