Superintendent - Water and Wastewater
The Superintendent - Water and Wastewater's responsibilities include :
- Oversee daily on-site operations for civil construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and in-house crews to meet project milestones and maintain quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and client expectations.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to plan and execute work effectively.
- Resolve on-site challenges swiftly, including issues related to logistics, resources, and unforeseen obstacles.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and site logs.
- Lead site meetings and provide clear communication to teams regarding project updates and priorities.
