Job Title :   Mobile SIM Testing Engineer

Location : Austin, TX (ONSITE)

Duration : 12+months

Job Description :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience with Minimum of 6+years of IT experience

We are seeking a skilled SIM Testing Engineer with a strong background in telecommunications to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting software testing on various devices, with a focus on SIM / eSIM standards.

They will also be tasked with creating and executing test plans, developing end-user documentation, and explaining complex systems to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities :

  • Use technical degree or job experience to contribute to SIM Testing Project
  • Utilize experience in the telecommunications industry to ensure accurate testing
  • Apply knowledge of computer programming and SIM / eSIM standards
  • Administer the customer's SM-DP+ (eSIM Platform)
  • Interact professionally with client's stakeholders and customers
  • Develop clear and concise documentation for end users
  • Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Create engaging PowerPoint presentations to explain complex systems

    • Skills Must have :

  • 3 years of experience in mobile testing
  • Technical Degree
  • Experience with iOS, Android
  • Knowledge of SIM / eSIM standards (3GPP, ETSI, GSMA)

    • Nice to have

  • Experience with SAAS, Rally, JIRA
  • Knowledge of computer programming

    • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in the telecommunications industry
  • Ability to write and execute test plans
  • Experience with scripting languages
  • Knowledge of Software as a service (SAAS) is a plus
  • Working knowledge of the following testing methods : SLDC, Agile.
  • Experience testing on iOS and Android devices is essential, as is familiarity with SIM / eSIM standards (3GPP, ETSI, GSMA).
